Growth Outreach Specialist (Chat-Only)

What you'll do
- Research each lead's online presence (Google Business Profile, reviews, website, ads, local SEO) to spot what's costing them customers
- Handle replies, overcome objections, and book qualified owners onto calls
- Keep the CRM clean and hit weekly conversation and booking targets

What we're looking for
- Excellent, natural written English in an American business tone
- Organized, coachable, and comfortable picking up new software fast
- No degree or sales experience needed just the right mindset and a will to learn

Salary & benefits
- ₹30,000/month base, plus commission on every client you help close (₹5,000-₹10,000per client)
- Fully remote (anywhere in India) with flexible hours

- Explicit growth path: Senior Growth Outreach Specialist / Closer, then into copywriting, account management, or automation
