Role Overview:
We're looking for a Sales & Vendor Trainer to onboard, train, and upskill Sales and Vendor teams. You'll deliver product and sales training, drive field readiness, and ensure teams are equipped to succeed in the market.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct induction and onboarding programs for Sales and Vendor teams.
- Deliver product, platform, and sales training.
- Coach teams on sales pitches, objection handling, negotiation, and customer engagement.




- Conduct territory familiarisation and field readiness sessions.
- Evaluate performance through assessments, role plays, and mock sales calls.
- Develop training materials, SOPs, presentations, and user guides.
- Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Product teams to keep training content up to date.
- Track training effectiveness and maintain training records.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in Sales Training, Vendor Training, Learning & Development, or Sales Enablement.
- Robust presentation, facilitation, and communication skills.
- Experience in product training, sales coaching, and onboarding.
- Proficiency in MS PowerPoint, Excel, and Google Workspace.
