Key Responsibilities:
Search and track government tenders (GeM, CPPP, State portals)
Prepare Technical & Financial Bid documents
Upload tender documents online within deadlines
Coordinate for EMD, BG, DD, and other compliance documents
Maintain tender records and documentation
Follow up with departments regarding tender status
Ensure compliance with tender terms & conditions
Experience in Government Tender filing
Knowledge of GeM Portal & e-procurement portals
Valuable communication skills and English Written & Spoken Compulsory
Graduate (preferred)
