Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through inbound and outbound calls.
- Handle customer enquiries and provide accurate product information.
- Convert leads into qualified sales opportunities through regular follow-ups.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, dealers, and channel partners.
- Coordinate with the sales team and respective branches for enquiry closure.
- Prepare and share quotations, product details, and follow-up updates.
- Maintain customer records and sales activities in the CRM/system.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Identify new business opportunities and contribute to business expansion.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare daily and weekly sales reports for management review.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- Hindi language proficiency is mandatory (spoken and written).
- Valuable communication skills in English. Knowledge of Malayalam is an added advantage.

Experience




- 0-3 years of experience in Inside Sales, Tele Sales, Business Development, Customer Relationship, or a similar role.
- Prior sales experience will be considered an added advantage.:
- Freshers with excellent communication skills and a strong interest in sales may also apply.
