We're a digital agency serving clients across e-commerce and local services. We need someone who can take client marketing off the founder's plate entirely — from idea to execution to results.

This is not a "post 3 times a week" role. We want a marketer who thinks, produces, directs, and drives actual leads and sales.

What you'll own
- Full marketing delivery for clients, end to end, with mínimal oversight
- Anchor accounts including a manufacturing/e-commerce brand on Shopify with an ongoing growth retainer
- Content strategy: ideate campaigns and hooks that actually perform, not filler posts
- Media production: plan shoots, write scripts/shot lists, direct or capture content
- Creative direction: guide our editors to cut reels, short-form video, and product clips that hit the result you're after
- Paid ads: build and manage Meta/Instagram (and Google where needed), test creative, manage budgets, scale winners
- Lead generation: design funnels and campaigns that produce qualified leads and sales, then optimize against cost-per-lead and ROAS

Must have
- 3+ years in digital marketing with real ownership of results
- Hands-on Meta Ads Manager experience — built, tested, and scaled campaigns yourself
- Proven lead generation: you've run campaigns that produced measurable leads or sales
- Media production knowledge: you understand what makes content watchable and how a shoot comes together
- Editing background: you've edited in the past or know editing well enough to direct editors and give sharp, specific feedback
- Solid content ideation — you bring ideas, you don't wait for a brief
- Shopify familiarity: collections, product pages, conversion basics
- Self-managing operator who hits deadlines without reminders

- Google Ads / GA4
- Design skills (Canva/Figma)
- Drone or DSLR/mirrorless camera experience
- CRM/automation (GoHighLevel, Make, Zapier)
- AI tools for conten
