KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Perform high-quality TIG welding on stainless steel, aluminum, and mild steel.
- Read and interpret welding drawings, blueprints, and work instructions.
- Inspect welds for quality, accuracy, and adherence to specifications.
- Select appropriate welding parameters, filler rods,



and shielding gases
- Collaborate with production, fabrication, and quality teams to meet project timelines.
- Suggest improvements to welding procedures to enhance efficiency and quality.
- Ensure all work is carried out safely, following company and regulatory safety standards.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Strong knowledge of welding techniques, symbols, and standards.
- Ability to work independently and deliver accurate, clean welds.
- ITI/Diploma in Welding.
- Good problem-solving skills for weld defects and troubleshooting.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
