About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion CX Expert to support configuration, implementation, optimisation, integrations, and production support across Oracle Fusion Cloud CX solutions.

Key Responsibilities
- Hands-on configuration and support of Oracle Fusion Cloud CX, CPQ, and Oracle Fusion Marketing
- Troubleshoot issues and manage incidents effectively
- Understand integrations and data flows across Oracle Fusion modules
- Work closely with business stakeholders and translate business needs into solutions
- Support Oracle Fusion implementation and optimisation initiatives
- Contribute to a reliable and efficient global support workplace

Nice to Have
- Analytics or Data Science background
- Experience with AI-enabled operational support
- Experience working in a global support model

Ideal Candidate

An Oracle Fusion CX professional with 8-10 years of experience, strong hands-on configuration and support expertise, integration knowledge, and excellent stakeholder management skills.
