Full-Cycle Recruiting: Manage the end-to-end hiring process, including sourcing, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and facilitating offer negotiations for hourly, salaried, and management roles. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5]
- High-Volume Hiring: Execute efficient, high-volume recruitment strategies for frontline positions (servers, bartenders, hosts, line cooks, dishwashers) to maintain optimal staffing levels across all shifts. [1]
- Executive & Culinary Search: Develop targeted sourcing strategies for specialized and senior roles such as Executive Chefs, General Managers, and Multi-Unit Directors.
- Experience: 2-5 years of progressive recruiting experience. Direct experience in F&B;, hospitality, or retail high-volume hiring is highly preferred.
- Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of restaurant operations, different FOH/BOH roles, and the fast-paced nature of the hospitality industry.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with contemporary Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), resume databases, and professional networking platforms.
- Soft Skills:
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
