Job Summary

Key ResponsibilitiesInstagram Management
- Manage the brand’s Instagram account on a daily basis.
- Schedule and publish posts, stories, reels, and other content.
- Monitor engagement and implement growth strategies.

Content Creation
- Create engaging and visually appealing content aligned with the brand identity.
- Develop creative posts, reels, stories, and promotional content.

Content Strategy
- Plan and execute a content calendar.
- Develop strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and follower growth.

YouTube Content Creation (Long-Form)




- Conceptualize, script, shoot, and edit high-quality YouTube videos.
- Create informative and engaging content that reflects the brand’s vision.

Reels & Shorts Production
- Create short-form video content for Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts.
- Stay updated with current social media trends and viral content formats.

Video Production
- Plan & shoot original video content featuring products, packaging projects, customer stories, and company activities.

Requirements:
- Work From Office (mandatory).
- Basic to robust knowledge of Instagram and YouTube management.
- Skills in content creation, photography, videography, and video editing ( Basics ).
- Understanding of social media trends, especially Reels and Shorts.
- Creative mindset with strong storytelling abilities.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
