Job Summary

We are seeking enthusiastic and target-oriented TeleSales Callers responsible for generating leads,

explaining company products, and converting prospects into customers through effective telephonic

communication.

Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
- Explain Warivo Electric Mobility products and services.
- Generate qualified leads and schedule appointments.
- Maintain daily call reports.
- Follow up with interested customers.
- Update customer details in CRM software.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
- Coordinate with the Sales Team for lead conversion.
- Resolve basic customer queries.

Required Skills:




- Excellent communication skills (Hindi & English).
- Persuasive and convincing personality.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- CRM software knowledge is an advantage.
- Positive attitude and target-oriented approach.

Preferred Qualifications
- Graduate or Undergraduate.
- Experience in Telecalling, BPO, or Sales is preferred.
