Role Overview

We are looking for a energetic, execution-focused Marketing Executive to join our growing team. This is not a desk job — you will be at the centre of building our brand presence, generating leads, supporting our sales teams and driving digital growth across Hrisha, Mirakle, Quiklit and WIT Lamps.

Key Responsibilities

1. Digital Marketing & Social Media
- Plan and execute content calendars for Instagram, LinkedIn and WhatsApp broadcast for all brands (Hrisha, Mirakle, Quiklit, WIT Lamps)
- Create and edit reels, posts, carousels and stories using Canva and AI-assisted tools
- Monitor engagement, grow follower base and improve reach organically
- Run targeted paid campaigns (Meta Ads / Google Ads) for product launches and lead generation

2. Brand Building & Content Creation
- Coordinate with the design team to maintain brand consistency across all touchpoints
- Create compelling content for architects, interior designers and furniture manufacturers (B2B audiences)
- Support Mirakle and Quiklit brand-building efforts with product storytelling and positioning content





3. Lead Generation & Database Marketing
- Execute outreach campaigns to Hrisha's 600+ architect and designer database
- Build and maintain target lists for Quiklit (furniture manufacturers, modular kitchen companies)
- Support the sales team with marketing qualified leads and nurture campaigns

4. Events & Relationship Marketing
- Plan and coordinate Lighting Talk events and architect meet-ups in Ahmedabad
- Manage event promotions, invitations and post-event follow-up communications
- Support participation in trade shows, exhibitions or product launch events

5. AI Tools & Marketing Automation
- Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Canva AI, Midjourney or equivalents) to accelerate content creation, copywriting and campaign ideation
- Stay current with emerging AI-driven marketing tools and bring new efficiencies to the team
