Key Responsibilities
- Support the sales team with day-to-day operations and client coordination.
- Manage order processing, follow-ups, and delivery updates.
- Maintain sales records, prepare MIS reports, and handle documentation.
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal departments for smooth operations.
- Handle customer queries and provide after-sales support.
- Ensure accuracy in data entry and maintain updated CRM records.
