- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets through effective customer engagement and product recommendations.
- Manage billing, packing, and post-purchase customer support seamlessly.
- Maintain key customer accounts by informing customers about recent products, offers, and services.
- Coordinate with customers and internal teams to ensure a smooth and positive shopping experience.




- Lead and guide Customer Relation Associates to maintain high standards of customer service.
- Collect and share customer feedback to support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Maintain an organized, attractive, and welcoming store environment that reflects the brand’s identity.
- Support inventory management, stock monitoring, merchandising, and display arrangements as required.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day store operations while delivering an outstanding customer experience.
