Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new fleet sales opportunities through corporate clients, government agencies, rental companies, logistics firms, and institutions.
- Generate leads through networking, referrals, cold calling, and business development activities.
- Meet with prospective clients to understand their fleet requirements and recommend suitable vehicle solutions.
- Conduct product presentations, vehicle demonstrations, and test drives for corporate customers.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and commercial offers.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and delivery schedules with clients.
- Manage the complete sales process from lead generation to vehicle delivery.
- Coordinate with finance, insurance, registration, and operations teams for seamless order execution.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts to encourage repeat business.
- Maintain customer information, sales activities, and pipeline updates in the CRM system.
- Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer requirements.
- Participate in corporate events,



exhibitions, and networking programs.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual fleet sales targets.

Required Skills:
- Strong B2B sales and business development skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- Relationship management and account handling experience.
- Customer-focused approach with robust problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of fleet sales, leasing, and corporate procurement processes.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts and work under sales targets.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in fleet sales, corporate sales, automobile sales, or B2B sales.
- Experience in the automotive or mobility industry is preferred.
- Valid driving license is preferred.
