Accountant - Real Estate Developer (Joining maximum from 1st August)

Location: Vasai East, Rajavali
Timing: 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM
Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping.
- Handle Accounts Payable & Receivable.
- Maintain purchase, sales, and expense records.
- Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.
- Manage GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.
- Prepare monthly reports and MIS.
- Verify invoices, payments, and inventory-related records.
- Coordinate with vendors, customers, auditors, and banks.

Requirements:
- B.Com or relevant degree.
- 4-5 years of accounting experience
- Positive knowledge of Tally, MS Excel, GST, and TDS.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and organised.
- Strong communication skills and a team-player attitude.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
