About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Relationship Managers/Financial Advisors.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth and retail clients.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets for financial products and services.
- Provide wealth management and financial planning solutions to clients.
- Monitor team performance and ensure business objectives are met.
- Conduct regular training sessions and performance reviews.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the client base.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Eligibility Criteria




- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Team Leader/Team Head in the Finance Industry.
- Strong knowledge of wealth management, insurance, banking, mutual funds, or financial products.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and relationship management skills.
- Proven track record of achieving sales and revenue targets.
