Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and organized Recruitment & HR Executive with 2+ years of experience to manage end-to-end recruitment and support day-to-day HR operations. The role requires hands-on involvement in hiring interns and full-time employees while ensuring smooth HR processes and employee engagement.

Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for interns and full-time roles
- Screen resumes, conduct initial HR interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers
- Maintain recruitment trackers and hiring reports

HR Operations
- Handle employee onboarding and documentation:
- Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave data
- Support payroll coordination and HR compliance activities
- Manage internship documentation, offer letters, and certificates
- Assist in implementing HR policies and internal processes

Employee Engagement & Support
- Act as the point of contact for employee and intern queries
- Support engagement activities, feedback collection, and basic performance tracking




- Ensure positive employee experience and adherence to company policies

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment and HR operations
- Experience hiring interns, freshers, and junior roles:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets:
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple hiring requirements

Good to Have (preferred)
- Experience in edtech, training institutes, or startups:
- Familiarity with ATS, HRMS, or recruitment tools
- Campus hiring or internship program experience
