Key Responsibilities:
- Advanced Digital Modeling: Utilize your expertise to create intricate and precise 3D models of jewelry designs using industry-standard CAD software, ensuring the highest quality and attention to detail.
- Collaboration: Work closely with junior designers and collaborate with the design team to guide projects from concept to final production, providing mentorship and expertise.
- Prototyping and Iterative Design: Lead the prototyping process, ensuring designs meet the brand's aesthetic standards. Drive iterative design processes based on feedback from the design team and other stakeholders.
- Technical Excellence:



Stay abreast of technological advancements, industry trends, and emerging techniques to enhance the efficiency and quality of the design process.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough reviews of CAD models to ensure they meet the brand's specifications and are ready for seamless integration into the production phase.
- Communication and Cross-functional Collaboration: Effectively communicate design concepts and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production and marketing, to ensure a cohesive and productive workflow.

Qualifications:
- Experience: 3-5 years of proven experience as a CAD Designer in the jewelry industry, with a strong portfolio demonstrating a range of sophisticated designs.
- Technical Proficiency: Mastery of CAD software such as Rhino, Matrix, or equivalent. In-depth knowledge of gemology and jewelry manufacturing processes is highly desirable.
