We are hiring a reliable Paneer Making Worker to join our dairy production team. You will handle the daily crafting, pressing, and packaging of high-quality paneer.

Key Responsibilities
- Boil milk and monitor temperatures accurately.
- Curdle milk using food-grade coagulants safely.
- Drain whey using traditional muslin cloths.
- Press blocks to achieve the perfect texture.
- Cut paneer into standard commercial sizes.
- Pack products and label them for distribution.
- Clean equipment to maintain strict hygiene standards.

Requirements:
- Experience: Prior dairy or commercial kitchen experience preferred.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 25 kg.
- Skills: Comfort working in warm, humid environments.
- Hygiene: Strict adherence to food safety rules.
