- Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and compliance in HR systems and personnel files
- Provide day‑to‑day administrative support to the HR team, including documentation,



reporting, and follow‑up tasks
- Contribute to planning and execution of employee engagement programs, events, and activities that build workplace culture
- Handle general administrative duties such as travel arrangements, meeting coordination, and secretary support for HR functions
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth HR operations and timely completion of assigned tasks
- Demonstrate professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail in all HR and administrative responsibilitiesQualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- 0-2 years of HR or administrative experience (internships acceptable)
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with HR tools/software
- Robust organizational and communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
