Location: Hybrid - Zirakpur, Punjab (3 Days Work From Office, 2 Days Work From Home)

About the Role

We are looking for an analytical and business-focused Finance Business Consultant who can help drive business growth through financial insights and performance analysis. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with numbers, identifying opportunities for improvement, and providing strategic recommendations that directly impact business growth.

You will work closely with the founder and leadership team to evaluate business performance, improve profitability, and support data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities




- Analyze the financial performance of employees, customers, and projects to identify opportunities for business growth 10X.
- Evaluate customer acquisition costs, profitability, and lifetime value to determine the most and least profitable clients.
- Measure employee performance against financial outcomes and monitor return on investment (ROI) per employee.
- Develop financial reports, dashboards, and performance metrics for management.
- Provide strategic recommendations on business expansion, investments, pricing, and incentive structures.
- Challenge assumptions using financial data and promote disciplined business decision-making.
- Prepare budgets, forecasts, and financial scenarios using QuickBooks and Excel.
- Communicate financial insights in a explicit and actionable manner for leadership.
- Perform basic accounting and administrative tasks, including:
- Creating and sending invoices
- Following up on outstanding payme
