Assist management in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, disciplining, and inspiring and coaching employees; serve as a role model and first point of contact of the Guarantee of Fair Treatment/Open Door Policy process. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Education: Technical, Trade, or Vocational School Degree.

Related Work Experience: At least 2 years of related work experience.

Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience.
