Reporting to Vice President - Services

Educational Qualification BE Mechanical / Diploma Mechanical / ITI

Experience 1-3 years minimum

Supervise erection of Heavy machinery / Equipments,

Structures, Piping.

Ensure installation as per GA drawings, Layout

drawings, Vendor manuals.

Perform Equipment leveling, Shaft alignment (dial

gauge / laser alignment), Ensure tolerances are within

limits.

Check Bolt tightening, Fit-up and clearances

Verify material received at site cross-check with BOQ

and drawings, Raise material shortage/damage reports

Guide Technicians, Riggers, Welders, Ensure work is

completed as per schedule

Coordinate with Civil team (foundations readiness),

Electrical & instrumentation teams, Client &
consultants

Erection checklists

Measurement sheets

Attend site meetings





Heavy equipment erection

Handling multiple equipment installations

Erection of pumps, motors, gearboxes, piping, or

structures

Ability to handle small teams or contractors

Microsoft Word / Excel

Auto cad

Reading engineering drawings

Knowledge of erection tools & tackles

Basic knowledge of hydraulics/pneumatics
