About the Role

As a Coach, you will be delivering Creya’s Direct to Consumer Maker Programs for K12 students at Bhavans School, Raipur. This one-of-a-kind opportunity gives you the chance to help students experience hands-on projects in latest technologies building on the legacy of Creya’s program. This role will work with the leadership team of Creya in co-creating the experience before rolling out this nationally. _This is _not_ _an edtech, online offering_

Responsibilities

Taking full ownership of ensuring the delivery and successof learning outcomes, as well as providing an engaging experience to students, within one of India's largest direct-to-customer (parents, students, and corporates) student enrichment programs. This position necessitates a strong passion for working with students aged 6 to 16, being comfortable and curious about technologies such as robotics and coding,



and above all, being self-driven.
- A strong analytical and more importantly problem-solving mindset.
- Exposure to and experience of working with technologies like Robotics, Mechatronics, Coding, 3D Design, Programming.
- Must have experience of working in teams for at least 2 years in work
- Degree / master’s in engineering (Comp, Electrical, ECE, Mech), Design.
- Adaptable personality with extreme comfort of managing chaos and confusion.
- Very good communication and coordination skills.
- Passionate about building brands, goal oriented and self-driven.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
