Qualification:
- B.E./B.Tech in Electrical & Electronics Engineering (EEE)
Experience:
- 12-18 Years in Automotive Manufacturing
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead electrical maintenance activities for plant operations.
- Ensure maximum equipment uptime through preventive and breakdown maintenance.
- Troubleshoot PLC, VFD, CNC, and automation systems.
- Drive TPM, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Manage maintenance planning, manpower, and statutory compliance.
- Coordinate with production teams to improve equipment reliability.
Required Skills:
- Solid knowledge of PLC, VFD, CNC & industrial automation.
- Experience in preventive and predictive maintenance.
- Expertise in electrical troubleshooting and utility management.
- Good leadership, planning, and team management skills.
Pay: Up to ₹700,000.00 per year
