Key Responsibilities
- Installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance of Fire Alarm Systems.
- Diagnose and rectify faults in addressable and conventional fire alarm systems.
- Configure, program, and troubleshoot Edwards EST (EST-3/EST-4), Honeywell, and Bosch Fire Alarm Control Panels.
- Attend preventive maintenance (PM) visits and emergency breakdown calls.
- Replace faulty detectors, MCPs, modules, sounders, and other field devices.
- Perform loop testing, cable continuity testing, and system health checks.
- Prepare service reports, maintenance reports, and site documentation.
- Coordinate with clients and internal teams to ensure timely resolution of service issues.
- Ensure compliance with applicable fire safety standards and company procedures.
- Provide technical guidance and user training whenever required.

Required Skills:
- Hands-on experience with:
- Edwards EST Fire Alarm Panels (EST-3/EST-4)
- Honeywell Fire Alarm Systems
- Bosch Fire Alarm Systems
- Solid troubleshooting and fault-finding skills.




- Ability to read electrical drawings and technical documentation.
- Knowledge of addressable and conventional fire alarm systems.
- Willingness to travel extensively for project and service requirements.

Preferred Experience
- 2-5 years of experience in Fire Alarm installation, commissioning, and maintenance.
- Experience in industrial, commercial, government, or infrastructure projects.
- Knowledge of CCTV, PA Systems, Access Control, or BMS will be an added advantage.
