GoAsia Talent is recruiting on behalf of an established international aviation technical services group headquartered in Toulouse, France. With a proven global track record delivering over 600 aircraft projects across 54 countries, the group holds premier EASA Part-M/CAMO and Part-145 approvals.

They are currently launching a groundbreaking, greenfield component MRO facility in Delhi, India, one of the first of its kind in the region built to this regulatory standard. This is a rare, career-defining chance to join a high-growth initiative from the ground up, shaping the facility's legacy, layout, and regulatory approvals ahead of the operational launch.

Essential Duties:
- Lead the end-to-end setup of the ATA 21 (Air Conditioning/Valves) and ATA 36 (Pneumatics/Bleed Air) component repair shop from greenfield inception to first article release.
- Define physical shop layout, tooling specifications, test bench requirements, and equipment procurement strategies.
- Develop Component Maintenance Manual (CMM) based repair procedures, work instructions,



and quality documentation to strict Part-145 standards.
- Drive the parallel DGCA CAR-145, EASA Part-145, and FAA Part-145 regulatory approval audits as the primary technical lead.
- Build, train, and certify a local technician team, establishing clear competency matrices and training programs.
- Manage vendor approvals, consumable sourcing, and the equipment calibration program.
- Provide technical input to the commercial team regarding capability, turnaround times, and pricing models.
- Support the company's buy-repair-sell trading program with technical assessments of unserviceable components.

Education:
- EASA Part 66 Category B1 licence, or an equivalent national authority certification (such as GCAA, CAAS, or UK CAA) is required.

Experience Qualifications:
- Regulatory Requirement: Direct, hands-on experience working inside an EASA-approved Part-145 component repair shop is a strict, non-negotiable
