We are looking for HR Executive for ENDEVOR IT SOLUTIONS PVT. LTD. at Indore

Qualification Required:-

PG in HR/ Diploma

Job Description:-

- Handling end to end Recruitment process.
- Identify the source for hiring (advertisement, job portals, internal references)
- Browsing through job portals to find out suitable candidate for the require positions.
- Interacting with and supplying information to employees, department heads, and job applicants.
- Assisting in other HR related work
- Should have knowledge of salary components and statutory deductions
- Coordinating with candidates and Head of the department to schedule the interview.
- Joining formalities of employees.

Job Responsibilities:-

- Maintaining computer system by updating and entering data
- Setting appointments and arranging meetings
- Maintaining calendars of HR management team
- Compiling reports and spreadsheets and preparing spreadsheets
