Roles & Responsibilities

- Responsible for working on project delivery as well as hands-on development is required.
- Technically very solid on MS CRM domain.
- Must have excellent functional knowledge of all CRM modules.
- Responsible for managing resources.
- Responsible for analyzing and estimating client requirements.
- Providing technical design and solutions for various client requirements.
- Engage in development tasks when required.

- SQL and Fetch based report development

- Creating documentation like TDD, flow diagrams, etc.
