- Document patient encounters with precision and maintain up -to -date,



compliant medical records.

- Collaborate with nurses, specialists, and allied health professionals to coordinate care and ensure continuity.

- Make timely, evidence -based clinical decisions under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.

- Stay current with medical advancements through continuous professional development and lifelong learning.

- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, clinical audits, and institutional training programs.

- Adhere to ethical standards, patient confidentiality protocols, and regulatory requirements.
