We are looking for a creative and performance-driven Marketing Head to lead our end-to-end marketing initiatives across both digital and offline channels.

Job Summary

Key ResponsibilitiesDigital Marketing & Performance Marketing
- Plan, execute, and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising campaigns.
- Manage campaign budgets, audience targeting, retargeting, and lead generation funnels.
- Monitor campaign performance and improve ROI, CPL, and conversion rates.
- Analyze performance metrics and submit regular marketing reports.

Social Media Management
- Manage the company's presence across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
- Develop and execute monthly content calendars.
- Increase brand awareness,



engagement, and follower growth through consistent content strategies.
- Monitor trends and implement creative marketing ideas.

Content & Creative Direction
- Plan, coordinate, and supervise photo and video shoots.
- Lead the development of reels, advertisements, posters, promotional videos, and other marketing creatives.
- Work closely with designers, editors, and content creators to maintain a consistent brand identity.

Offline Marketing
- Plan and execute offline branding campaigns, events, exhibitions, local promotions, and partnerships.
- Coordinate print materials, banners, hoardings, brochures, and other promotional assets.
- Ensure consistent brand visibility across both online and offline channels.

Requirements:
- 2-4+ years of experience in Digital Marketing, Performance Marketing, or Brand Marketing.
- Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager.
- Experience managing social med
