Key Responsibilities
- Drive end-to-end project sales from lead generation to closure
- Identify and convert opportunities across commercial, industrial, and institutional segments:
- Build and manage relationships with consultants, architects, builders, and corporate clients:
- Lead and develop the project sales team, ensuring high performance and target achievement
- Coordinate with presales, technical, and operations teams for smooth execution
- Handle commercial negotiations, pricing, and deal closure while maintaining healthy margins
- Ensure pipeline management, forecasting, and compliance with company policies

Experience10+ Years in Project Sales (ELV / IBMS / Electronic Security preferred)

Location:Ahmedabad | Mumbai | Pune

Education:Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree (Engineering or Management preferred)
