Job Description: Tele-calling Executive

Location: Barabazar, Kolkata (Near Nandram Market, Brabourne Road) Position: Tele-calling Executive Employment Type: Full time (Monday to Saturday) Working Hours: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM Salary: ₹12,000 - ₹15,000 per month

Role Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Client Outreach: Proactively call customers to gather feedback and ensure client satisfaction.
- Communication: Manage follow-ups effectively via WhatsApp to maintain consistent engagement.
- Payment Follow-ups: Coordinate with clients regarding payment status and ensure timely collections.
- Data Management: Maintain and update client databases and activity logs accurately in MS Excel.
- Support: Assist in general administrative tasks as required by the team.

Requirements:
- Language Skills: Proficiency in both Bengali and Hindi is mandatory.
- Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of MS Excel is essential for daily reporting and updates.
- Commitment: Available for a 6-day work week (Monday to Saturday, 10 AM - 7 PM).

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
