Role
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement automation workflows integrating motion systems, DAQ units, and process control components.
- Develop PLC, HMI, and/or PC-based control software using industry-standard platforms (e.g., Siemens, Beckhoff, NI LabVIEW, or Python/C++).
- Configure and fine-tune servo drives and pneumatic actuators for coordinated multi-axis control.
- Integrate data acquisition systems for sensor monitoring, signal conditioning, and real-time data logging.
- Perform system-level testing, calibration, and troubleshooting during development and deployment phases.
- Interface with external equipment using industrial protocols (Modbus, EtherCAT, CAN, etc.).
- Create detailed documentation, wiring diagrams, and user manuals for each automation project.
- Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams to ensure smooth system commissioning and handoff.
- Bachelors degree in Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, Automation Engineering, or a related field.
- 1+ year of hands-on experience in automation or system integration roles involving industrial control systems.
- Working knowledge of:
- Servo motor control and tuning
- Pneumatic actuation and valve systems
- Motion control algorithms and hardware
- Data acquisition systems (e.g., NI DAQ, MCC, Advantech, etc.)
- PLCs, HMIs, and PC-based control systems
- Familiarity with one or more programming environments (e.g., Python, LabVIEW, Structured Text, C/C++).
- Experience in interpreting electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
Job Types: Full time, Permanent
Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
