The First Line Manager is a key entry-level leadership role in pharma sales, a team of 5-12 Medical Representatives (MRs), drive sales targets for assigned territories/products, coach the team on the ground, ensure compliance, and build strong relationships with healthcare professionals (doctors, chemists/stockists).
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
