HR Manager (Recruitment & Operations)

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end bulk hiring for multiple positions.
- Lead recruitment operations and ensure timely closures.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to fulfill manpower requirements.
- Track recruitment metrics, team productivity, and hiring targets.
- Support onboarding and HR operational activities.
- Maintain recruitment records and prepare MIS reports.

Eligibility
- 5-7 years of experience in BPO or BFSI recruitment.:
- Experience split: 70% Recruitment and 30% Operations.:
- Strong knowledge of bulk hiring and manpower planning.:
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.:
- Ability to work in a target-driven workplace.

Education:Post Graduation
Languages:English & Hindi

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
