Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase product awareness and sales.
- Visit farmers, dealers, distributors, and agricultural centers to promote products.
- Conduct field demonstrations, farmer meetings, and promotional activities.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer network.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Support sales targets through effective marketing campaigns and lead generation.
- Maintain regular reports on marketing activities and customer feedback.
- Coordinate with the sales team to achieve business goals.

Requirements:
- Graduate in Marketing, Agriculture, Agribusiness, or related field.




- 1-3 years of experience in Agriculture Marketing/Sales preferred.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to travel locally and meet farmers/dealers.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and social media marketing.
