Source and recruit IT professionals through job portals, LinkedIn, and other recruitment channels.
- Negotiate compensation and facilitate the offer process.
- Ensure timely follow-ups and maintain accurate recruitment records in the ATS.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly hiring targets. ##

Required Skills:
- 1-2 years of experience in US IT Recruitment.
- Hands-on experience with job portals such as Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Good understanding of US tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099) and visa types (H1B, OPT, CPT, GC, US Citizen, etc.).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Robust sourcing, screening, and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple requirements simultaneously.
