Responsibilities:
- TCAD (Technology Computer Aided Design) responsibilities for 40-180nm technologies including CMOS, HV, BCD and eNVM flows:
- Calibrate TCAD decks to silicon data
- Develop novel device features; predict performance based on TCAD; suggest DOE’s (Design of Experiments) based on TCAD findings
- Responsibilities will extend to either Wide Band Gap devices or emerging memories
- Build strong customer relationships based on confidence in TEPL technical capabilities




- Awareness of competitor benchmarking
- Presentation to internal and customer senior executives
- Occasional travel

Qualifications:
- M.S or PhD in Physics, Electrical Engineering or equivale
