In This Role, You Will:
- Own execution of the trade show playbook checklist across assigned events, ensuring deadlines, dependencies, approvals, and deliverables are completed accurately and on time
- Partner with sales, marketing, operations, and other cross-functional stakeholders to keep all trade show initiatives aligned, communicated, and moving forward from kickoff through post-show wrap-up
- Help improve trade show processes and overall program effectiveness by identifying opportunities to streamline planning, increase consistency, and drive stronger ROI across the event portfolio
- Use AI as a day-to-day planning companion to build timelines, surface risks, organize task lists, draft communications, summarize exhibitor requirements, and support faste
