Role: Electrical & Instrument Eng.

Role Definition

E&I; Eng. Is responsible for
- 1) Execution of project independently from FAT to onsite commissioning.

2) To ensure project is delivered on time, safely, as per scope & desired outcome is achieved in terms of performance from the system.

Responsibility Deliverable

1) Project Execution & Site Management

2) PLC, HMI & SCADA development support to PLC programmer.

3) Customer Coordination & Documentation.

4) Continuous technical learning & site management skills to grow into Sr. Engineer.

Tasks & Activities

Design & Engineering -
- Making Accurate I/O lists, termination schedules, loop drawings and panel layouts, BOM for electrical & control Panel.
- Electrical & Control panel building and testing and keeping workshop organized.
- Review P&ID;, process requirements and client specifications to support PLC programmer.

Project execution & Site Management -

Installation Activities
- Ensure all instruments (sensors, valves, weighing systems and field devices) installed & calibrated properly and comply with electrical,



mechanical, and instrumentation standards.
- Supervise system installation, cable laying with proper cable tagging and field wiring with ferruling, I/O Testing, Interlocking.
- Independent Troubleshooting of electrical & instrumentation systems.

Site Management & Customer Support
- Daily planning of manpower and other supporting activities required.
- Track project progress and daily report to management using (DSR SYSTEM).
- Ensure safety compliance at site.
- Understand customer requirements.
- Resolve customer technical issues.
- Provide commissioning and training support.
- Documentation & Performance Verification - Detailed operations & maintenance manual, commissioning reports. SAT report and Compliance reporting, verification system accuracy & repeatability. FAT at our place. Maintaining proper documentation of projects as per company templates.
