POSITION | Talent Acquisition Manager

Purpose

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager who will lead end-to-end recruitment for Rishihood University, hiring outstanding faculty and staff who can drive the university's mission forward. This role will report to the Head - Human Resources.
Responsibilities

· Recruitment Strategy:



Partner with department heads and schools leadership to forecast hiring needs and build annual recruitment plans across academic and administrative roles
· Sourcing & Pipeline Building: Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, academic networks, and referrals; maintain a robust, ready talent pool for critical and recurring roles
· End-to-End Recruitment: Own the full hiring cycle - job description drafting, screening, interview coordination, panel management, and offer negotiation
· Faculty and staff Search Support: Work closely with academic search committees to identify, screen, and evaluate qualified faculty and non faculty candidates
· Stakeholder Management: Act as the key point of contact between candidates and hiring managers; advise leadership on market compensation trends.
· Employer Branding: Represent Rishihood at job fairs, campus drives, and academic conferences to strengthen the university's employer brand
