Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced and highly organized Senior Project Manager (Marketing & Social Media) to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple digital marketing and social media projects. The ideal candidate will manage cross-functional teams, ensure timely project execution, optimize resource allocation, and maintain high-quality deliverables while serving as the bridge between clients, internal teams, and leadership.
The role requires exceptional project management skills, agency experience, stakeholder management,



and a strong understanding of digital marketing processes.

Key Responsibilities

1. Project Planning & Execution
Manage end-to-end execution of digital marketing and social media projects
Develop project plans, timelines, milestones, and resource allocation
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
Prioritize multiple client projects while maintaining delivery quality

2. Team Coordination
Coordinate with SEO, Social Media, Content, Creative Design, Video, Performance Marketing, Website Development, and Client Servicing teams
Assign tasks and monitor project progress across departments
Conduct daily and weekly project review meetings
Resolve dependencies and remove execution bottle necks

3. Client & Stakeholder Management
Collaborate with Client Servicing teams to understand client expectations
Participate in project discussions, strategy meetings, and campaign planning
Provide regular project status updat
