Summary
The PSC Process Automation & Analytics Specialist supports data-driven decision-making across People Strategy & Culture (PSC) by analyzing process performance, generating insights, and providing visibility into key operational metrics.
This role partners with PSC, HCM Systems, and Strategic Initiatives teams to deliver reporting and analytical support that informs prioritization, solution design, and continuous improvement. The Specialist ensures decisions are grounded in accurate data, explicit trends, and measurable outcomes to enhance scalability and employee experience.
