Role Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic Marketing Manager with a strong background in hospitality marketing to drive brand visibility, lead generation, and customer engagement across our hospitality and wellness verticals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies for hospitality projects (resorts, spas, wellness centers).
- Plan and manage online & offline campaigns including digital marketing, social media, print, and events.
- Drive lead generation campaigns for resort bookings, memberships, and experiential offerings.
- Manage brand positioning and communication aligned with luxury and wellness segments.
- Collaborate with sales teams to support conversions through targeted campaigns.
- Oversee agency management (creative, digital, PR).
- Plan and execute events, launches, and promotional activities.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance (ROI, conversions, traffic).
- Handle content strategy including website, social media, and marketing collaterals.
- Manage budget planning and allocation for marketing activities.
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5–10 years of experience in marketing within hospitality/hotels/resorts/wellness industry.
- Strong exposure to digital marketing, performance marketing, and brand campaigns.
- Experience in handling luxury or premium segment marketing is highly preferred.
- Good understanding of customer journey in hospitality (booking to experience).
- Excellent communication, creativity, and analytical skills.
