Role
Description:

As head of the Head of Sales Middle Layer, You will have full functional and technical responsibility for your team and
their results. Functionally you will report to the Head of Product Cluster Tied
Agents, legally to a local leader in India.

Together with your team you will be part of a high performing
international team and will be shaping the future of our IT-Systems that are
key to continuous success.

As part of our international leadership team you will be supporting and
driving the transition of the organization to a fully integrated international
team

Key Responsibilities:

- Management of the organizational unit and leadership
of employees

- Responsibility, planning and control of the unit's
capacity utilization and costs

- Skill management, including determination of
qualification requirements,



derivation and organization of training and
education measures

- Responsibility for the unit's application systems in
terms of performance, stability, scalability, maintainability, costs and
further development

- Driving change).

Technical Skills:

- Experience in Agile
Practices (Scrum, Kanban and Lean methodologies)

- Microsoft
Excel/PPT/Teams/Sharepoint

Nice to Have Skills:

- Knowledge of Insurance
domain

- Leadership experience

- Fluency in English is
mandatory, language skills, both verbal and in writing (Polish and/or German

medium to large projects

- In-depth knowledge and
practical experience of the IT planning, development, and testing
