## What youu2019ll do:nnEaton announced, on January 26, 2026, the intent to separate its Mobility Group (including both the Vehicle and eMobility segments) into an independent, publicly traded company. We expect to complete the separation by the end of the first quarter of 2027. If you are offered and accept this position and are actively employed by the Mobility Group when the spinoff closes, the new company will provide further details to employees concerning compensation and benefits at that time.nnEatonu2019s eMobility segment is currently seeking a dynamic, eager-to-learn Radio Frequency Engineer to join the Mobile Wireless team and contribute to our fast-growing global business. Mobile Wireless is part of LVPC business within eMobility, a strategically important segment of Eaton. This position plays a critical role in developing the future direction of Eatonu2019s wireless technologies.The Lead RF Design Engineer will be responsible for developing a range of new wireless products. This new suite of products will extend Eatonu2019s already successful wireless solutions and bring an unmatched level of industrial enterprise connectivity. nu2022 Design and develop portions of complex wireless products and systems. nu2022 Deliver market-competitive, manufacturable product designs on time and on budget while balancing innovation and risk. nu2022 Develop a deep technical understanding of existing wireless products and propose product improvements.



nu2022 Serve as a key member of cross-functional project teams and actively participate in design reviews. nu2022 Learn and support Eatonu2019s current radio product portfolio. nu2022 Support existing product lines and perform other related tasks and projects as requirednn## Qualifications:nnBacheloru2019s degree in Radio Frequency Engineering or Electronics Engineering with an RF focus from an accredited institution (Graduate degree preferred). n10+ years with BE or 8+ years experience M.E 5+ years of relevant work experience.nn## Skills:nnu2022 Phase noise measurement and analysis. nu2022 Receiver sensitivity measurement. nu2022 Digital signal processing including digital filters, frequency demodulation, and bit/word synchronization. nu2022 Embedded C software development for microcontrollers. nu2022 Experience with RF and electronic circuit simulation tools. nu2022 Bluetooth and/or Wi-Fi physical layer experience. nu2022 Understanding of RF performance variation with temperature. nu2022 PLL control loop design and stability analysis.nnPosition Success Criteria / Technical KnowledgennRF, Analog, and Digital Circuitry nu2022 Knowledge of RF circuitry including amplifiers, mixers, filters, PLL synthesizers, oscillators, modulators and demodulators, RF switches, and reference oscillators (VCTCXOs). nu2022 Understanding of baseband circuitry including ADC and DAC architectures and characteristics. nu2022 Experience with digital circuitry including microcontrollers, GPIOs, and synchronous/asynchronous serial interfaces. nu2022 Knowledge of power circuitry including LDOs, buck converters,



and boost converters with attention to RF noise performance. nTransceiver Architectures and Control Systems nu2022 Experience with feedback control systems including AFC, AGC, PLL, and ALC loops. nu2022 Understanding of half-duplex systems using 2-level and 4-level FSK modulation. nu2022 Knowledge of packet structure and timing in half-duplex systems. nu2022 Understanding of narrowband versus wideband transceiver requirements. nu2022 Knowledge of FHSS versus DSSS radio systems.nnRF Measurements, Instrumentation, and Calibration nu2022 Expertise using RF instruments including signal generators, spectrum analyzers, power meters, VNAs, VSAs, and noise sources. nu2022 Measurement of S-parameters and matching circuit design. nu2022 Understanding of filter roles in receiver and transmitter chains, including heterodyne architectures. nu2022 Gain and noise figure calculations across receiver and transmitter chains. nu2022 Radio calibration for frequency accuracy, RSSI, and transmit power. nu2022 Knowledge of antenna parameters and conducted and radiated RF measurements.nnRegulatory and Compliance nu2022 Familiarity with regulatory standards and approval processes including FCC and CE. nu2022 Understanding of pre-compliance and certification testing." nu2022 Strong drive for results with an analysis-first mindset and a passion for engineering excellence. nu2022 Effective communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to deliver status reports and technical presentations to Eaton management and global stakeholders. nu2022 Ability to build strong customer relationships and manage customer communication effectively by delivering customer-centric solutions. nu2022 Demonstrated capability to provide visible technical leadership, guiding, coaching, and developing high-performing project teams and individual contributors.n
