This role leads the
planning, coordination, and implementation of AI solution deployments across
states. The role focuses on standardizing deployment processes, strengthening
implementation quality, supporting state teams, monitoring program performance, and coordinating with government and implementation partners to
enable effective adoption of AI-enabled health solutions.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Deployment Planning
& Standardization
- Lead the
development and implementation of deployment plans for AI solutions across
states.
- Develop
and maintain deployment Playbooks, SOPs, implementation guidelines,
training materials, and operational checklists.
- Ensure
consistent implementation of deployment processes while adapting to
state-specific requirements.
State Program Support
- Provide
regular programmatic backstop and support to state deployment teams
throughout the implementation lifecycle.
- Coordinate
with state teams to monitor progress, resolve operational challenges, and
ensure timely execution of deployment activities.
- Conduct
periodic field visits to understand implementation challenges and
strengthen programme delivery.
Programme Monitoring
& Performance
- Monitor
deployment progress against defined milestones and programme indicators.
- Prepare
programme dashboards, review reports, and implementation updates.
- Identify
implementation gaps and coordinate follow-up actions with state teams and
internal stakeholders.
Capacity Building
- Support
the design and implementation of Training programmes, refresher trainings,
and user capacity-building initiatives.
- Develop
standardized training resources and facilitate training sessions for
government and implementation teams.
- Coordinate
competency assessments and support continuous learning initiatives.
Implementation Quality
Assurance
- Monitor
adherence to deployment SOPs and implementation standards.
- Conduct
field observations and implementation reviews to identify quality
improvement opportunities.
- Work
with state teams to address implementation issues and promote continuous
programme improvement.
Government &
Partner relationship management
- Stakeholder management - Manage relationships with government counterparts,
implementation partners, and other stakeholders to support programme
implementation.
- Support
follow-up on strategic discussions and facilitate timely execution of
agreed action items.
- Assist
in advancing programme activities arising from donor and government
engagements.
Programme Reviews &
Reporting
- Organize
programme review meetings with internal teams and government stakeholders.
- Prepare
review presentations, meeting summaries, and action trackers.
- Monitor
progress on agreed actions and support timely reporting.
Knowledge Management
- Document
implementation experiences, best practices, lessons learnt, and field
innovations.
- Contribute
to the development of deployment toolkits, operational guidance, and
knowledge resources.
- Support
evidence generation by documenting programme learnings and implementation
insights.
Requirements
Essential Qualifications
- Master's
degree in Public Health, Health Management, Healthcare Administration,
Development Studies, Management, or a related field.
- 10+years
of experience in public health programme implementation, digital health,
or health systems strengthening.
- Experience
working with Government health programmes (e.g., NHM, NTEP, ICDS, or
similar).
- Experience
coordinating multi-stakeholder programmes at district, state, or national
levels.
Preferred Experience
- Experience
supporting deployment of digital health or AI-enabled health solutions.
- Experience
designing or delivering training and capacity-building programmes.
- Experience
developing implementation plans, SOPs, and monitoring frameworks.
- Experience of project management and leading large teams.
- Familiarity
with government reporting systems and programme review mechanisms.
