We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Junior Quality Analyst to join our QA team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in manual testing, with a strong ability to identify defects, write comprehensive test cases, and ensure the delivery of high-quality software products. Experience in API testing and creating explicit, actionable reports is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and execute comprehensive test cases and test scenarios based on requirements and user stories.

- Perform manual testing across web, mobile, and backend applications to identify UI/UX and functional bugs.

- Conduct thorough API testing, including request/response validation, status codes, and error handling.

- Prepare detailed Bug Reports and Closure Reports with metrics, defect summaries, and test coverage.

- Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to ensure issue resolution and quality delivery.





- Participate in sprint planning, daily standups, and retrospectives in an Agile environment.

Requirements

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- 1+ years of experience in software testing.

- Strong knowledge of testing methodologies, test design, and test execution.

- Good understanding of REST APIs and hands-on API testing experience.

- Sharp attention to detail with a natural ability to identify edge cases and potential bugs.

- Strong communication skills to create well-documented reports and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Nice to Have:

- Experience in performance testing or security testing.

- Experience in Automation Testing
