Role Overview:

The IT Operations
Manager will be responsible for overseeing and maintaining WTW IT
infrastructure, ensuring system availability, security, and efficiency. They
will manage IT teams, networks, software systems, and technical support
services to enhance business operations.

for a highly skilled IT Operations Manager to lead our IT team, ensure system
efficiency, and enhance network security. The ideal candidate should have
expertise in IT management, cloud computing, cybersecurity, and IT service
management (ITSM). If you have a strong background in IT operations, process

Roles & Responsibilities

- Oversee IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and
cloud systems.

- Ensure the security and compliance of IT systems.

- Manage IT support teams and provide guidance on troubleshooting
issues.

- Monitor system performance and implement upgrades as needed.

- Develop and enforce IT policies, procedures, and best
practices.





- Ensure business continuity through disaster recovery and backup
plans.

- Collaborate with other departments to align IT strategies with
business goals.

- Manage IT budgets and optimize technology investments.

- Implement automation tools to enhance operational efficiency.

- Stay updated with emerging technologies and cybersecurity
threats.

Requirements & Skills

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology,
or a related field.

- Proven experience as an IT Operations Manager, IT Manager, or
similar role.

- Solid knowledge of IT infrastructure, cloud computing, and
cybersecurity.

- Experience with IT service management (ITSM) frameworks like
ITIL.

- Familiarity with network security protocols, firewalls, and
data protection.

- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making
skills.

- Proficiency in system monitoring, IT automation, and
troubleshooting tools.

- Ability to manage IT budgets and optimize cost efficiency.

- Strong communication and project management skills.
